All Fuji DSLR cameras can output raw images. All are supported by UFRaw. Correct me if I am wrong.

File format

The raw files are RAF.

Mime type

image/x-fuji-raf

White balance

UFRaw can read the the white balance data from all models.

EXIF support

UFRaw can read the EXIF data from RAF files and can write it to JPEG output.

Embedded image

RAF usually includes a lower resolution (e.g. FinePix S3Pro raw: 3032x22035 and embedded-jpg: 1440x960) JPEG image.

Anomalous cameras

The Fuji S3Pro and S5Pro are unique cameras since they got 2 sensor layered, wich provides a higher Dynamic range. UFRaw supports this.
